Terms and Conditions for Discounts, Gift Vouchers, and Promotions

Discounts, including but not limited to gift vouchers, SuperGold Card benefits, and other promotional offers, are subject to the specific terms advertised or stated in the promotion. All discounts and offers must be redeemed within their stated validity period, and expired vouchers, cards, or promotions will not be accepted. Customers must present the original voucher, promotional advertisement, or valid card (e.g., SuperGold Card) and declare their intention to use it at the beginning of the transaction. Digital copies or printed reproductions may only be accepted if explicitly permitted in the promotional terms. Discounts and gift vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and may only be redeemed by the person to whom they were issued. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. The business reserves the right to refuse any discount or promotion that does not meet these terms, if required proof is not provided, or if the offer was not declared at the start of the transaction.

The business reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice. Partial use of gift vouchers is subject to the business’s policy, and no cash change will be provided unless explicitly stated. In the event of misuse, fraud, or abuse of any offer, the business reserves the right to decline the promotion or discount. By using a discount, voucher, or promotional offer, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Promotional Terms and Conditions
Promotions are valid only as advertised, including the specific discount amount, conditions of use, and product or service applicability, and must be redeemed during the stated validity period. Customers must declare their intention to use the promotion at the beginning of the transaction and provide proof of eligibility, such as original promotional material, advertisements, or eligible cards, in physical or approved digital form. Promotions are limited to one per customer per transaction unless explicitly stated. Certain promotions may be restricted to specific customer groups, such as loyalty members or SuperGold Card holders, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other discounts unless otherwise specified.

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise and may exclude certain items or services. The business reserves the right to decline promotions if the terms and conditions are not met, required proof is not provided, or misuse, fraud, or abuse of the promotion is detected. The business also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice. In all matters of interpretation regarding promotional terms, the decision of the business is final. By participating in or redeeming a promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

PJs for a Purpose Promotion Terms and Conditions as of 1st May 2025

  1. The PJs for a Purpose promotion runs from May 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025. Only donations made within this timeframe are eligible for a voucher .

  2. Participants must mention the promotion to donation receiving staff in order to receive a voucher.
  3. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

  4. One (1) $200 conveyancing discount voucher will be issued per client, where “client” refers to an individual, joint party (e.g. married couple, partners), or legal entity donating pyjamas to Wesley Jones Law during the promotion period.

  5. All donated pyjamas must be new and unworn. Second-hand or used items do not qualify for the voucher.

  6. Pyjama donations must be delivered in person to Wesley Jones Law during standard office hours. Mail-in or after-hours drop-offs are not eligible.
  7. Online pyjama donations are not apart of promotion

  8. Regardless of the quantity of pyjamas donated, each client is entitled to receive only one (1) voucher.

  9. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.

  10. Vouchers are valid for use on new conveyancing contracts only. They cannot be applied to existing or ongoing matters.

  11. Each voucher has a 6-month expiry from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or reissued.

  12. If conveyancing services are discontinued or become unavailable for any reason, the voucher will become automatically void and will not be eligible for redemption or compensation.

  13. Wesley Jones Law reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  14. This promotion is subject to Wesley Jones Law’s standard “Terms and Conditions for Discounts, Gift Vouchers, and Promotions” and “Promotional Terms and Conditions”, which apply in addition to the above.

  15. Foster Hope New Zealand is not affiliated with, liable for, or involved in the “PJs for a Purpose” promotion. This is an independent initiative organised solely by Wesley Jones Law to support the Annual Foster Hope Pyjama Drive.

First Home Buyers Package – Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 15 May – 31 July 2025

  1. Package Inclusions:
    This First Home Buyers Package is available for a fixed fee of $2,350 (inclusive of GST and disbursements). The package includes legal services for:

    • The purchase of one residential property involving a mortgage; and

    • Up to two KiwiSaver first home withdrawal applications.

  2. Eligibility:

    • This offer is available only to individual purchasers who are buying their first home.

    • Valid for files opened between 15 May 2025 and 31 July 2025.

    • The promotional rate will be honoured for up to six (6) months from the date on the file opening letter, provided the promotion was active on that date.

  3. Limitations:

    • This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

    • The offer is limited to the standard scope of services as outlined. Any additional legal work outside of the specified services (e.g. trust or company purchases, related party transfers, variations to loan documents) may incur additional fees.

  4. Expiry and Fee Adjustment:

    • After the six-month validity period from the file opening letter date, if the matter has not settled or is still ongoing, the file will be reviewed and the pricing revised to the standard fee structure in effect as at the expiry date.

  5. General:

    • The firm reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, provided the change does not affect files already opened under the promotion within the valid period.
